9-Step Cleaning process: Upholstery Cleaning
- Initial inspection
- Fibre identification/ materials identified
- Seating numbers
- Accumulation of foreign materials – spots, marks and stains
- If service is in business hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm) excludes public holidays
- Access to property
- Services on-site during the cleaning
- Any other special occasions
- Pre-vacuuming – Use of an upright hepa vacuum with a beater bar head for maximum dry soil removal
- Application of Bio Friendly pre-spray chemical/s
- Agitation of pre-spray (mechanical)
- Allow dwell time to allow chemicals to perform with maximum result
- Steam cleaning / Hot water extraction (Truck mount or Portable)
- Neutralizing of chemicals to allow for faster drying times and help remove chemical on fibre
- Dry towelling to assist in drying time and remove suspended soil from fibre
- Final groom and inspection
