9-Step Cleaning process: Upholstery Cleaning

• Initial inspection
• Fibre identification/ materials identified
• Seating numbers
• Accumulation of foreign materials – spots, marks and stains
• If service is in business hours (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm) excludes public holidays
• Access to property
• Services on-site during the cleaning
• Any other special occasions
• Pre-vacuuming – Use of an upright hepa vacuum with a beater bar head for maximum dry soil removal
• Application of Bio Friendly pre-spray chemical/s
• Agitation of pre-spray (mechanical)
• Allow dwell time to allow chemicals to perform with maximum result
• Steam cleaning / Hot water extraction (Truck mount or Portable)
• Neutralizing of chemicals to allow for faster drying times and help remove chemical on fibre
• Dry towelling to assist in drying time and remove suspended soil from fibre
• Final groom and inspection
